Hosting and technical access data
The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Technical information such as IP address, requested URL, access time, browser information and status codes is processed to deliver the website, identify faults and prevent attacks. The basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The existing hosting privacy information specifies seven days of retention for server logs. A specific security incident may require longer retention for investigation. See the hosting provider’s privacy information.
Cookies and preferences
Your cookie choice is stored for up to 395 days so the site can respect it. Optional display and accessibility preferences are stored for up to 180 days only with your consent. Otherwise, changes are temporary.
You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” on a book page or delete stored cookies in your browser. Necessary storage relies on section 25(2) TDDDG; optional storage relies on consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and, where personal data is involved, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The protected administration area also uses necessary login sessions and protection against abusive login attempts.
Images, fonts and external websites
Images, icons and fonts are served by our own webserver. No statistics or marketing services are currently active on the new book pages. External links contact their destination when followed; that provider’s privacy information then applies. The existing main website and its games are separate services with their own privacy information.
Contact and retention
Email messages and contact details are used to respond to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) for contractual enquiries. The existing retention information provides for storage until resolution and up to six additional months for follow-up and evidence purposes, subject to legal retention duties.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may withdraw consent for the future and object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Contact the address above to exercise these rights.
You may complain to a supervisory authority, including where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. No automated decision-making, including profiling, within Article 22 GDPR is used.
